Twinkle Neo has REOPENED!

I had a bit of an accident here a few months ago. My site files had been hacked, and I had to close for everyone’s safety. I didn’t want my visitors to have viruses, did I? Well everything is all better now, so Twinkle Neo is SAFE :]
Moving on, I don’t have much content at the moment because I decided that it all stunk. So bare with me while I add more, please o.0
Anywho, I’m accepting affiliate applications here.
I will have a lot of content very soon, so be patient please!
